M1-RequestShiftManifest Service BoStatusDateTime Returns A Format For Some Elements That Doesn't Match The Wsdl Definition (Doc ID 1987227.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 05, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 2.1.0 to [Release 2.1 to 2.2]
Oracle Utilities Framework - Version to [Release 4.2]
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 2.1.0 to [Release 2.1 to 2.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The M1-RequestShiftManifest service returns an incorrect date time format for boStatusDateTime. It is not as defined in the wsdl and generates a parser exception.

The format of the date time should be 2015-01-26T02:53:10-05:00. The format that we are getting is 2014-12-01-01.14.57 for some of the shifts returned. This wrong format is not per wsdl and does not comply to the XMLGregorianCalendar type.
