Last updated on JULY 31, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server - Version 14.0.1 to 14.0.2 [Release 14.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to build a new workbook where a Restricted Dimension (Max Position > 0) is defined within its Standard Wizard properties/settings, the following error occurs.

IllegalPositionName: Array 'diminfo' does not contain the 'year' position in the 'dim' dimension.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a new workbook configured earlier to have a 'year' restricted dimension with max position greater than zero (e.g. max position = 1).
2. Select one 'year' position within the Standard Wizard then click 'Next'.
3. This results in the error shown above.

Note:  The workbook is built successfully when there is no Restricted Dimension defined.
