ORPOS Freezes at Return Options Screen When Receipt ID Is Scanned While at Search Menu

When attempting to select Return and scan a receipt at the same time during the Return flow, the Point of Service (POS) client hangs and the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select F3 POS
  2. Select F2 Return
  3. Select F2 Search and scan a sale receipt at the same time
  4. Note that POS freezes
