8.0 FTP Process Fails with 'ORA-02291: Integrity Constraint (FK_FSI_PROCESS_RUN_HISTORY_1) Violated - Parent Key Not Found' (Doc ID 1988249.1)

In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 8.0, in an environment where Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) is installed also, you get the following ORA-02291 error when running an FTP Process:

Module Logging OFS errors: (203105) Oracle drv_oci error: OCI Function: [4] - oexec(),
oexn() SQL Function: [3] -
INSERT Oracle Error: ORA- 02291: integrity constraint
(<atomic>.FK_FSI_PROCESS_RUN_HISTORY_1) violated - parent key
not found Driver Function: drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement:
insert into fsi_process_run_history values(200769, to_date ('12/
31/ 2014', 'MM/ DD/ YYYY'), 'USER1', SYSDATE, NULL,
'INFODOM_200769_EXEC_20141231_4', 'Task1')

As a result of the error, the process fails to create transfer rates.
