When trying to stop engine from browser or from workflow with procedure step, sometime the weblogic went down .
Lately, the weblogic did not crash, but no message was showing up in the engine manager log file saying that the engine is not running.
Engine is stopping because customer can't run simulation any more. However, engine stop request is not logged.
The concerns are:
1. Looking at log no one can tell if the engine is stopped successfully.
2. Customer is afraid that the webservice is fine now but will crash again if we don't the actual reason
