Server Name Is Still Being Used When Virtual Hostname Is Configured (Doc ID 1988662.1)

Goal

After configuring a virtual hostname in Apache, the Help Pages within OC are still using the physical server name instead of the virual hostname.

For example, when going to Glib->Questions->Questions and accessing the Help system and clicking on the "More" button, the web page comes up using server name instead of virtual hostname.
