Control Central Tabs Not Displaying Information For Person

Symptoms
On : 2.3.1 version, CI - Customer Information
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Navigating to Control Central from Person ID Context Menu, only the Customer Information tab displays information. The other tabs display nothing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- When navigating to Control Central from Control Central Search or from Account ID Context Menu, all tabs display information.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Search for customer: for example, Mark Brazil on Control Central. (2) Selecting Mark Brazil redirects to Account Information Tab. (3) Navigate to other tabs. All tabs display information. (4) Navigating to Control Central from Person Page, View Person: Mark Brazil. (5) Navigate to Control Central via Person ID > Context Menu. Defaults to Customer Information Tab. (6) Navigate to other tabs.
