Precision Issue With UVAL/UTOT For High Balance Values (Doc ID 1989043.1)

Symptoms

On OCNCC 5.0.2, when performing a WalletInfo (WI) operation on a balance with a huge value (like 350000000 units), the Billing Engine makes a conversion from integer to float for UVAL/UTOT params.
The problem is that the float value is different than the integer value.

It happens in the following conditions :

  - perform a WalletInfo(WI) operation on a balance with a huge value (like 350000000), throughout PI interface;
