CSC Search: Unable to locate a logical partition (Doc ID 1989120.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the search environment, it lists the partition named as "null_LP" instead of ATGOrder_LP.

Changes

This can happen if an administrator deletes the ATGOrder or ATGProfile environment from the LiveIndexingService component in the /dyn/admin.

This can be reproduced with:

1. Delete ATGOrder in LiveIndexingService
2. Create a new env manually (do not pick "create ATGOrder" suggested link)
3. Enter in Env name "ATGOrder"
4. Finish creating it
5. You will notice that the environment is called "null" and the bulk one is named "nullBulk"
To fix the names, you have to rename both environments:
null -> ATGOrder
nullBulk -> ATGOrderBulk

After this change, the the logical partition name will be left as "null_LP".
