Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP)

Symptoms

On 6.1.1 when running the LCM import after performing the metadata sync options in BSP the import fails due to additional ?? characters in the headers of the data:

ERROR

EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from Hyperion Planning.
/Global Artifacts/Common Dimensions/Standard Dimensions/Currency: LCM migration failed for the following reason - Unrecognized column header value(s) were specified for "Currency" dimension: "???#!--HEADERBLOCK DIMENSION XML". (Note: column header values are case sensitive.)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run LCM import
