Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When upgrading a P6 database hosted in an Oracle instance using the Database Setup Wizard (dbsetup.bat /.sh), the Background Job User name does not appear in the drop-down menu even though it exists in the P6 database schema.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The background job user (Example: bgjobuser or bgjob$pm in a standalone Oracle XE database) should appear in the drop-down menu when using the database setup utility.
