Symptoms
Created a soap2soap CS based on WSDL via Eclipse. This CS is deployed on a clustered environment (1 admin, 2 AT, 2 NT hosts), and created plugin instance for the new CS, added route, and loaded SLA.
Test the new CS, using SoapUI.
The CS failed with an error: "Deny plugin exception with code 1".
Verified all ocsg config and cannot see any problems with application instance, App group, SP group SLAs etc.
