When Argus Mart is upgraded from existing version to 8.0 using schema creation tool, package PKG_SM_STORM will have compilation errors which will manifest itself when running the ETLs from ODI (Doc ID 1990004.1)

Symptoms

Issue Description:
 Mart 8.0 Initial ETL is failing with an error after upgrading from Mart 7.0.3 to 8.0

 Steps to Repeat:
 1.Upgraded Argus Mart from 7.0.3 to 8.0
 2. Ran Initial ETL
 3. Initial ETL failed with he following error:

ODI-1519: Serial step "root_step (InternalID:1589)" failed because child step "SCN_compile_schema_stage (InternalID:3589)" is in error.
ODI-1217: Session SCN_compile_schema_stage (3003) fails with return code 20010.
ODI-1226: Step PRC_compile_schema_stage fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure PRC_compile_schema_stage execution fails.
ODI-1228: Task PRC_compile_schema_stage (Procedure) fails on the target ORACLE connection DS_AM_ARGUSMART.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20010: ORA-24344: success with compilation error
