ASAP.cfg File Is Overwritten During ASAP Upgrade (Doc ID 1990059.1)

Goal

The ASAP.cfg file was overwritten, it means that the configuration is the Default after the upgrade. This is a problem because all configurations we have were changed to default parameters.

How can this be addressed.
