Purpose

The goal of this document is to:

  1.  Provide an overview of What is Single Sign-On (SSO) in the context of AutoVue/VueLink.
  2.  Explain What configuration is required on the AutoVue component and the non-AutoVue components (e.g. the app server, the SSO application itself, etc).
  3.  Explain what are SSO cookies.
  4.  Explain the difference between SSO and Load Balancing.
  5.  Go over the SSO Troubleshooting process.
