DMS Error Occurs When Generating Any Report in RWMS

A DMS error is raised when trying to print any report in Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) Release

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to RWMS.
  2. Navigate to Setup - Administration.
  3. Do a search for a parameter or just search All.
  4. Click on Print on left menu.
  5. Pop up will appear: "Report did not print. See your administrator."
  6. Navigate to DBA Administration > Display Error Log.
  7. Enter user ID and click Search.
  8. DMS Error will display.
