Error of registing translation data by Translation Utility

Error occurs when regist translation data by using Translation Utility of Demantra.  Could you let me know about recovery plan?

If access Translation Utility from following URL and execute update, display error messages and cannot regist translation data.

URL : http://host:port/demantra/portal/adminLogin.jsp



ERROR

Error Msg : "10 Process terminated with errors ,please check the process logs for more information."
The numbers in Error Msg is fluctuant (i.e. ten).
