ISSUE: Administrator is unable to create external user contacts.
"Node 12355 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already."
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Proceed to create a contact.
After all the details are entered the error message is displayed and the account is not created.
Creating internal users works.
