Demantra 1223 Install Errors with IMP-00041: Warning: object created with compilation warnings (Doc ID 1990880.1)

Goal

Customer is doing a 12.2.3 install and it errors with objects not getting compiled. They get the following errors in the Installer:

Errors were encountered during the execution of the "Import Data" process:
"IMP-00041: Warning: object created with compilation warning
Click 'View' to view the log file, or 'Exit' to exit the installation


The Install logs show

2015-03-04 19:18:40,318 [DEBUG] - Done executing com.demantra.panels.ExecuteDatabaseTasksPanel.
2015-03-04 19:31:16,137 [DEBUG] - Errors were encountered during task Import Data


If the customer tries to compile all the objects manually they do not get compiled and it gives

SQL> alter package DP.SYNCH compile body;

Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.

SQL> show error
Errors for PACKAGE BODY DP.SYNCH:
526/5 PL/SQL: Statement ignored
526/5 PLS-00201: identifier 'DBMS_JOB' must be declared
