Unable To Stop Simulation Engine Using Killengine.bat Via Workflow (Doc ID 1990949.1)

Symptoms

Customer has configured workflow to kill the simulation engine.

They have created a workflow with a executable step, and the Command Line has the following

"#application_root#\..\..\Demand Planner\Analytical Engines\bin\KillEngine.bat"

 

But the workflow fails and the collaborator logs show the following error

Logs show the following
