On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 18.104.22.168.0 Version, how a user can modify the effective_t of an account either at creation time or after?
Consider the below example, where it is observed that when the user tried with WRITE_FLDS, this does not modify the /au_account objects, which is getting checked at deal purchase time.
