Installing Demantra 7.3.1.5 In "Portuguese (Latin America)" not installs Portuguese

Symptoms

PROBLEM
-------------
Installing Demantra 7.3.1.5 in "Portuguese (Latin America)"

Done an installation of Demantra 7.3.1.5 ( patch 17850720 ) choosing the option of the language "Portuguese (Latin America)."

But the installation was done in English.

Evidence:

1 - Configuration table in SYS_PARAMS

=> select PNAME, PVAL, DEFAULT_VAL, DEFAULT_MEMBER_ID, MEMBER_ID
=> from sys_params where PNAME = 'DefaultSystemLanguage';
=>
=> PNAME = DefaultSystemLanguage
=> PVAL = English
=> DEFAULT_VAL = English
=> DEFAULT_MEMBER_ID = 4
=> MEMBER_ID = 4

2 - File Oracle_Demantra_Spectrum.log in %TEMP%

=> 2014-09-25 11:10:44,676 [DEBUG] - Next action will be SchemaLanguageUpdateAction and will start if folder found...
=> 2014-09-25 11:10:44,676 [DEBUG] - Looking for XLIFF files under folder: C:\Users\rrcastro\AppData\Local\Temp\xliff\Portuguese (Latin America)

Findings: No files in directory %TEMP/xliff. I suspect that the installer should unpack material on this directory.

Another issue: The installation ends with the following message "The installation of Oracle Demantra Spectrum is finished, but some warnings occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details.". But no message "WARN" is found in the log file.

Observation: In Demantra 7.3.1.4 (patch 14405087) this procedure works as expected.
