Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Analytics (RA), there is a multithreading issue in which the primary package returns a success code even when the batch process fails.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Execute any RMA batch with two or more threads.
  2. Make sure that one of the threads fails.
  3. Note that the primary package returns that the batch was executed successfully, but it should not do so.
