Comprehensive rerating is failing when allocating rerating adjustments
On running pin_rerate, to rerate all real-time and batch rated events of a subscriber account from the beginning of bill-cycle whenever a rate plan change occurs on the account, rerating fails in some cases.
Note: AllocateReratingAdjustments business parameter has been enabled in order to automatically allocate rerating adjustments.
