Comprehensive Rerating Fails While Allocating Rerating Adjustments (Doc ID 1991158.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.6.0 version, Rerating/Rebilling

ISSUE:

Comprehensive rerating is failing when allocating rerating adjustments

On running pin_rerate, to rerate all real-time and batch rated events of a subscriber account from the beginning of bill-cycle whenever a rate plan change occurs on the account, rerating fails in some cases.

Note: AllocateReratingAdjustments business parameter has been enabled in order to automatically allocate rerating adjustments.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Jun1 - Created a plan with two services service/ip - deal 1 - with a product with CF with only non-currency impacts, service/email- Deal 2 - with product with CF with currency and non-currency impacts.
2. Jun1 - Created an account with this plan
3. Jul1 - Run billing
4. Change the rate to include Currency impact in service/ip and restart cm
5. Rerate from the beginning of the account creation time and this leads to error.
