Webcenter Documents Not Accessible via P6 After Migration to Framework Folders (Doc ID 1991655.1)

Symptoms

Using P6 8.3.2 (or later) with Web Center 11.1.1.7:

After the contribution folder is migrated to a framework folder (by following instructions in the WebCenter Content System Administrator's Guide for Content Server) and the P6 web configuration is modified to address the framework folder name, P6 Web is not able to view documents in the framework folder.
