SOStatusCre Message Is Failing in SOStatusToSOStatusConsumerDirect TAFR with Error: CONSUMER_DIRECT Is Not Found in Routing Info (Doc ID 1992064.1)

Symptoms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM), after creating a store to store transfer, the Stock Order Status Create (SOStatusCre) outbound message fails in the Retail Integration Bus (RIB) SOStatusToSOStatusConsumerDirect TAFR due to the following error; "CONSUMER_DIRECT is not found in Routing Info".


Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create a store to store transfer in SIM From 1111 to 1211.
  2. Dispatch from the sending store 1111.
  3. Receive from the receiving store 1211.

Check in TAFR Log for the above mentioned error.
