Saving Objects With Big Numeric Fields Values Results in Error "Unable to save your changes. You have one error" (Doc ID 1992155.1)

Symptoms

On Agile 9.3.3

When attempting to save multiple large number values into multiple numeric fields receive warning:
Error: Unable to save your changes. You have one error.
When clicking save again the warning was given for a different, wrong field having a correct number value.


STEPS:
---------------------
1. Ensure Class item > parts tab: PAGE TWO has three or more numeric fields enabled,
  e.g. Numeric01, Numeric02, Numeric03 - with Default value 0.00

2. Start Web Client

3. Load an item > parts object

4. Modify two numeric fields and enter

Numeric01 : 1111111111111111.....111111111111111111111111111 (150 times "1")
Numeric02 : 1111111111111111.....111111111111111111111111111 (150 times "1")
Numeric03 : do not touch keep 0.00

5. Click Save

6. Receive Warning
... Unable to save your changes. You have one error. ...

Find only Numeric01 field highlighted
  with message
  ... The value 1.1111111111111112E148 is greater than the value supported by the application ...
but not Numeric02

7. Click Save again

8. Receive Warning
... Unable to save your changes. You have one error. ...

Find untouched Numeric03 field with value 0.0 highlighted
  with message
  ... The value 1.1111111111111112E148 is greater than the value supported by the application ...
but not Numeric01, Numeric02

Sometimes Numeric03 field is returned on first save
