Numeric Fields Show Decimal Digits to the Right of the Decimal Point Even if the Value is a 0 (Doc ID 1992299.1)

Last updated on JULY 28, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Agile Product Quality Management - Version 9.3.3.0 to 9.3.4.0 [Release 9.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Numeric fields are always showing decimal digits to the right of the decimal point, even if it is a 0. This is a change from Agile 9.3.1 to Agile 9.3.4.

When displaying the value of 100 in Agile 9.3.1 the value is displayed as "100". In Agile 9.3.3 it is displayed as "100.00", if the scale is set to 2.

The number of zeros after the decimal point for a given field is controlled by the scale value specified in the Attributes page for the given class or subclass.

Changes

 Upgraded from 9.3.1 to 9.3.4
