Symptoms

A problem occurred while connecting to the application server at "http://WLS_HOST:WLS_PORT/cartridge/wsapi". Please verify network connectivity and/or server status.
Software caused connection abort: socket write error

The above URL in web browser works fine. Hence connectivity is fine.
This is observed not all the time.
