Seeing the following symptoms:

Many tcp_smtp_server processes hanging, oldest ones are from 4+ days ago:

And customer's monitoring scripts alarming because of the number of connections in CLOSE_WAIT state.

Tried restarting the dispatcher process but the previous tcp_smtp_server processes remain.
