Averify Fix Script AGIL-00075036_f1 Hangs on Specific Environment With No Error in Alert Log

Actual Behavior
adt_generic.sql script obtained from Note:1121926.1 hangs at AGIL-00075036_f1.
Running AGIL-00075036_f1.sql hangs also.

Happens on production environment only
Issue is reproducible on production environment
Oracle Database version is 10g
No error in alert log
Can see below error in the Averify log, but do not see any network connection problem between the Database server and the client machine running Averify:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
Unable to reproduce the problem on test environment were production database is copied

Expected Behavior
adt_generic.sql to complete without hanging

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run adt_generic.sql on production database
2. See it hangs when running AGIL-00075036_f1
