This is hitting the following MSS 6.2.1 builds: MSS 6.2.1.b804 - MSS 6.2.1.804.b3 - MSS 6.2.1.804.b9 - MSS 6.2.1.804.11 and MSS 6.2.1.b849
MSS crashes when you hit Cancel or Close the Connection Hierarchy window when you fresh start it, with or without any field populated.
After you make a search there is no problems: even an empty search will do.
STEPS
¯¯¯¯¯
1. Start MSS
2. Click the Inventory Mgmt link > Connection Hierarchy
3. Click the Cancel button or the window X to close the window
» MSS crashes with error 2 - the error is displayed twice:

The application should not crash when you hit Cancel or Close the Connection Hierarchy window upon starting it.
