Purpose

Agile Java Client/Web Client throws error 'Invalid Username Or Password' when user login fails, but the root cause of the problem can be different.
In this note, will describe how to troubleshoot 'Invalid Username Or Password' error.

Troubleshooting Steps
 Specific user or users are failing
 A) Check whether the user exists in Agile system
 B) Check whether user password is correct.
 C) Check whether Web Client login URL is correct
 D) Check WebLogic Account Policy Setting (Only users on Agile 9.3 or above on WebLogic environment)
 All users fail
 A) If all the users cannot login to the system, Agile Application Server and Agile database may have connection problem.
 LDAP Users Fail
 B) If Agile is LDAP configured environment, and the problem is happening with LDAP authenticated users only,
