Excluded Shifts Deleted When Activity Is Updated Via XAI (Doc ID 1993665.1)

Symptoms

Whenever an activity that has one or more excluded shifts is updated via an XAI call, the list of excluded shifts is deleted.  Excluded shifts are removed even if the update is to non-scheduling information such as customer contact details or if nothing is actually updated at all.  None of the XAI message structures for activity creation messages allows for the the inclusion of excluded shifts.
