ORA- 00957: Duplicate Column Name Driver Function Error Running Liquidity Adjustment Rule (Doc ID 1993710.1)

On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) or 8.0, the FTP Liquidity Adjustment - Formula Based Rate, Conditional Assumption process is failing with errors. The error shows duplication in the column “liquidity_premium_rate”:

oexn() SQL Function: [0] - SQL function not found! Oracle Error:
ORA- 00957: duplicate column name Driver Function:
drv_oci::Execute() SQL Statement:
set liquidity_premium_rate = :liquidity_premium_rate,
liquidity_premium_rate = :liquidity_premium_rate, tp_average_life
= :tp_average_life, tp_duration = :tp_duration
where a.rowid = :0

Module Logging OFS errors: (203055) Error Bound Parameters: :liquidity_premium_rate = 10.394
:liquidity_premium_rate = 10.394 :tp_average_life = 0
:tp_duration = 0 :0 = AAAS4FAAEAAAEoyAAJ SQL statement.

If the Adjustment rule is removed, the FTP process will completed successfully.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Liquidity Adjustment rule
2. Create and run FTP Standard Process with only Adjustment rule selected
==> Find the process fails with the error
