ORA- 00957: Duplicate Column Name Driver Function Error Running Liquidity Adjustment Rule

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 18.104.22.168 or 8.0, the FTP Liquidity Adjustment - Formula Based Rate, Conditional Assumption process is failing with errors. The error shows duplication in the column “liquidity_premium_rate”:

If the Adjustment rule is removed, the FTP process will completed successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Liquidity Adjustment rule
2. Create and run FTP Standard Process with only Adjustment rule selected
==> Find the process fails with the error
