Goal

ASR 50 the Enhancement - Enable OBF validations via API based on active guideline rules, implemented the preference so that the API would act like the GUI and when you make a ASR Guideline Rule inactive, then the API will/should read that table and ignore that error as you have it configured in the ASR_GUIDELINE_RULE table maintained by the MetaSolv GUI.
