Incorrect Create/Update Date In SIM Database For Transfer/Shipment

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The few records that are Created, Updated, and Shipped, incorrectly inserted in to the SIM database on a random basis. This occurs randomly for functionality like Transfer, Return, Shipment, Item Request, Item Basket, and others, that are performed in SIM, the date shows exactly a year prior date. For example, if a transfer created on the 22/APR/13 the database updates the date as 22/APR/12.
Unable to track the root cause for this issue, since it occurs randomly, this affects the business and all the related reports in Oracle Store Inventory Management (SIM).
