Error "Access denied to resource", "Authorization failure" when trying to view JMS messages in WebLogic Console/oms_jms_module/oms_events_queue

We are trying to delete a troublesome order from one of the om_jms_queues but we get the following errors:

"Access denied to resource: type=<jms>, application=oms_jms_module, destinationType=queue, resource=oms_events_dev01_osm71, action=browse
Message icon - Error Authorization failure."
