Using cancel_tolerance Parameter For One-Time And Usage Charges (Doc ID 1993935.1)

Goal

Scenario:

In CM pin.conf, set the cancel_tolerance level for 2 days

- fm_bill cancel_tolerance 2880

Note: 0 (Default) to always charge. Any other values entered in cancel_tolerance is in minutes.

Steps followed:

1. Created an account on Mar24,2015
2. Purchased a product having Cycle charges, One-Time Charges and Usage Charges Events
3. Cancelled the product on Mar25, 2015 at 00:00 hrs

The amount was refunded for Cycle Charges alone and no refund amount for One-Time and Usage charges

Qn: Why the amount for One-Time Charge & Usage rating are not refunded using this parameter?
