BOM Calculation Paths are only Used for Data Capture and Presentation only and Calculations are not Performed on the Data

The range calculation paths for Formulation specification inputs do not appear to calculate correctly.
The yield is unaffected by the min and max values. When using the Input Quantity Range path, only the Qty (Quantity) column is calculated into yield. When using the Input Percent Range path, only the % Step column is calculated into yield.
Also, with the Input Quantity Range path, under the Process tab, while editing the Bill of Materials, the Max field total is populated with the Min field total.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1) Add these to the FeatureConfig in CustomerSettings.config
2) Open a formulation specification.
3) Change the calc path to Input Quantity Range or Input Percent Range. Changing to Input Quantity Range will enable modification of the min and max values for quantity for a material under Bill of Materials in the Process tab. Changing to Input Percent Range will enable modification of the min and max values for percentages under Bill of Materials in the Process tabs.
4) Enter a min and max value for the quantity or percent range (depending on what path you chose), and re-calculate the inputs. For both of these paths, the min and max values are not calculated into the YIELD. For Input Quantity Range Path, only QTY is calculated into yield. For Input Percent Range path, only % Batch is calculated into yield. This issue can be seen in all of the screenshots.
