Link In Thumbnail On Items Opens The Wrong File In AutoVue (Doc ID 1994282.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
On Agile 9.3.1.2

Find thumbnail on document Item showing link to attached PDF file - but opens native cad file in AutoVue, when clicking the link

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Should open PDF file as shown by hyperlink

SIMPLIFIED STEPS:
---------------------
1. Start Web Client

2. Create a new File Folder > Designs
    Choose Type: Design:
    with Number: DESIGN00023

3. on Files tab   - add two files - using "Add" > "Files" menu
      1.st: hallo_oracle.jpg
      2.nd: hallo_oracle_2014.pdf
    Find hallo_oracle_2014.jpg having Master Thumbnail icon
    Select 2.nd row hallo_oracle.pdf
    Set Master Thumbnail to PDF file via More > Set Master Thumbnail

4. Click button "CheckIn"

5. Create a new Item > Documents
    Choose Type: Document:
    with Number: D00023

6. Change to Relationships tab

7. On the left in Navigation Pane > Folders - find DESIGN00023
    Drag & Drop this object to the Relationships tab for D00023

8. Change to Attachments tab
    Click "Add" > "by Search"
     Search DESIGN00023
     Find DESIGN00023 selected
      and at the bottom - two files listed:
        hallo_oracle.jpg
        hallo_oracle_2014.pdf
    Select both files and hit return key
    Find two records added

9. Change back to Title Block tab for D00023
    Find Thumbnail PDF icon displayed with hyperlink (bottom left corner)
     showing:  hallo_oracle_2014.pdf
    Click the hyperlink
        Find: hallo_oracle.jpg loaded with AutoVue
      instead of expected
          hallo_oracle_2014.pdf

Additional test:
10. Load Design DESIGN00023 into Content Pane
    Find Thumbnail PDF icon displayed with hyperlink (bottom left corner)
    showing:  hallo_oracle_2014.pdf
    Click the hyperlink
    Find: hallo_oracle_2014.pdf loaded with AutoVue as expected
