'Number of Times per Transaction' Value is Used Incorrectly in Discount "Buy N or More of X for Z$ Each" (Doc ID 1994509.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) for discount rule 'Buy N or more for a discount', the discount triggers only 3 times, per the below scenario.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set up the following promotion in ORBO.

Discount Rule Type: 'Buy N or more of X for (Z) (a specified amount) each'.
Number of times per transaction: 3
Eligible items: 910, 911, 912, and 913.

2. Login to ORPOS.
3. Add item 910, 911, 912, and 913.

Note that the discount is applied only to 3 items (910, 911, and 912), and not on the 4th item (913).
