Symptoms

On : BRM 7.5.0.10 version, General Ledger (GL)

New stored function GET_GL_BILLED_T is causing performance degradation when running ledger reports.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
With PS10, the ledger reports no longer check for the item effective_t; instead, they are calling a stored function GET_GL_BILLED_T.
This change causes massive performance degradation to the GL Summary queries.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Performance should not be degradated.
