Goal
Scenario "B1_OUAF_CFG_METADATA" is supposed to create all the tables listed in "MDADM.B1_OBJECT_MAP" having "OWNER_FLG='CM'" in "B1_SOURCE_TABLE", however, no rows are being added to "B1_SOURCE_TABLE" after executing the scenario.
