IP Address: Combining Two Subnets or Creating a Pooled Subnet Causing duplicate addresses after disconnection

This is a pending issue Development is working to fix the root-cause in Patch 20450190 scheduled for May/2015 release.
This article will be updated when the root-cause of the issue is fixed, as planned.
Users are experiencing the following problems:
1. generating duplicated IP addresses and
2. on assigning an IP Addresses with subnet /29 in Pending Disconnect (PendDisc) status the resulting assignment is the same IP, but with a /30 subnet address .
MSS is duplicating IP addresses and the subnet for the assigned IP address is changing from /29 to /30.
These issues have been happening since n 6.0.15.
