Symptoms
PROBLEM SUMMARY:

Users are experiencing the following problems:
1. generating duplicated IP addresses and
2. on assigning an IP Addresses with subnet /29 in Pending Disconnect (PendDisc) status the resulting assignment is the same IP, but with a /30 subnet address .
BUSINESS IMPACT
==============
MSS is duplicating IP addresses and the subnet for the assigned IP address is changing from /29 to /30.
COMMENTS:

These issues have been happening since n 6.0.15.
