AG Service Log Says "Database Is Currently Inaccessible To Argus." (Doc ID 1994652.1)

Symptoms

In one of the AG service is not running properly and AG logs file not getting updated. All the configured services are not running.

AG Service Log Says "Database Is Currently Inaccessible To Argus."
