Fill Operation Not Updating Cell Values at ALL[CALENDAR] Level

When attempting to use Fill functionality to update a measure at the "All [Calendar]" level, the values are not updated and the following error occurs:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to Fusion Client (FC), then open a workbook.
  2. Select the ‘All [Calendar]’ level for which data is to be updated, then select 'Fill…' from the 'Edit' menu.
  3. Notice that no cells are updated and the error is encountered.
