You are looking for option to set maximum availability of a resource.

To elaborate,

In UIM, You have an option to assign resources to multiple entities:

how can you  set a maximum number of times a resource can be used to multiple entities?

Lets say you  have service1 and service2 and service3 and resource 1 and resource2.
All 3 services in order to be provisioned they need the resource1 but resource1 is already used by other 5 services and can no longer be assigned to other service.
