User Not Able to Log in to SIM Application Due to 'ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000' Error

The issue described in this document has occurred in SIM version 12.0.X as well as in SIM version 13.1.X. The not provides solutions to both versions. Please apply the solution that matches your version of SIM.

When attempting to log in to the Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Assign a user more than 1000 stores.
2. Log in to SIM application as the same user.
3. Error appears and user is not able to complete login.
