Log Files Appear To Be Restricted To 2 Gb's For "Memory-based Planner" During MRP Run Post

PROBLEM

Upgrade from 11i to 12.2.4
When running MRP by logging in as "Manufacturing Super User" -> Supply Chain Planning -> MRP -> Launch
Memory based planner generates an error. "Concurrent program returned no reason for failure."
When you go to look at the log it seems to have stopped logging data around the 2gb mark.
